Affiliate Pages CANNOT be put in ptc only sites, autosurfs, or manual surfs of other sites than a CashCrusader Script. If I have to reverse earnings too many times, your affiliate page will be suspended.
Although affiliate pages can be promoted in PTP rotators, your affiliate page of fast-ptr must be largely visible without scrolling. I have recently seen some pages being promoted in rotators that are way below the fold and cannot be seen without scrolling to the bottom of the page. This is NOT acceptable!
